Event Overview
In frontline operations such as sales, customer service, and call centers, organizations face critical challenges. These include the person-dependent management of sales records, inconsistent service quality, inappropriate conduct or fraud, and the need for preparedness against customer harassment. In particular, because face-to-face and telephone communications inherently "leave few records," they have long been considered areas where managing audit trails and implementing operational improvements are highly difficult.
In recent years, advancements in AI speech technology have expanded beyond mere transcription and summarization of conversations, enabling real-time application and the analysis of emotions and intent. Consequently, frontline communication is transitioning into a phase of "leveraging voice data for decision-making."
At this conference, focusing on practical challenges such as leveraging sales record data, preventing fraud, and addressing customer harassment, we will introduce the latest trends in visualizing and enhancing communication through AI voice technology, alongside specific corporate use cases.
